The Directorate of Citizenship and Immigration Control (DCIC) has today Thursday 25th July 2019 held a meeting with representatives from various institutions mostly dealing in short courses such as English proficiency courses. These courses and by extension the institutions are a favourite for foreign students from non-Anglophone countries in the region and beyond.
