Required Documents:

1. Original Passport for which certification is sought.
2. Proof of payment
3. 3 colored photo copies of the passport

Steps for Application

• Step 1: Go to the URA portal; eServices; Payment Registration under Other NTR and proceed to make an assessment for certification
• Step 2: Provide 3 colored copies of the original Passport
• Step 3: Present the photocopies, payment slips and original passport to passport enquiry office
• Step 4: The officer will advise you when to return for your certified copies

Fees

1. Certification fee is 30,000 UGX per copy
