Passports Ready for Collection 8th July 2015

Our esteemed clients,
The following passports which were issued by the Passport control Office, Kampala and are ready for issuing but have not been collected by their owners (for a long time in some cases). Please collect your passport from the Passport Delivery Office located at The Ministry of Internal Affairs; Plot 75 Jinja Road, Kampala (Entrance on Old Portbell Road).
Please write the corresponding Retrieval Code i.e. (FO-00001), File Number i.e. (INT/25726/12) and Names; and come in person with proper identification

New Fees and Payment system for services at the Directorate of Citizenship and Immigration Control

The Ministry of Finance Planning and Economic Development under the Finance Act, 2015 makes provision for:
i.    Increase of passport fees and introduction of passports process in two working days under section 3 of the Finance Act No 10 of 2014.

Considered Permits

Dear esteemed client, we are posting information for approved Entry Permits and Dependents' passes so that you can obtain information about your permit while at home or in your office. To obtain the information you only need to know your file number. We have classified the information according to dates of approval to enable you to follow your most recent application on a particular file. Please download the file to view the approved applications.

Payment Procedures for Immigration Services

All Directorate of Citizenship and Immigration control (DCIC) services are paid for in any bank that collects NTR for Uganda Revenue Authority. You can easily make your own assessment before walking into the bank to go and make a payment. This will not only save your time, but it will also help to know the exact amount that you need to pay for the service.
