BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING
SUBJECT OF PROCUREMENT: PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF A WAREHOUSE AT NAMANVE, NAMANVE INDUSTRIAL PARK- WAKISO DISTRICT
1. Download a profiling form and the requirements for organizational coding from our website http://www.immigration.go.ug/forms-downloads .
One can alternatively get hard copies of the profiling form and requirements from the photocopier at DCIC in case they cannot download them
2. Fill and complete the Profiling form as well as the Particulars of the Directors and save them on a CD in Microsoft Word or Excel (soft copy).
Due to technical reasons, all applicants for various immigration facilities that are fee exempt but have authorisation indicating fees payable are requested to come for personalisation between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday at Work Permits Section at the Directorate of Citizenship and Immigration Head Office located at Plot 65/67 Jinja Road. Our entrance is along Old Portbell Road.
Please note the set time for the applicants to avoid any inconvenience.
The Directorate of Citizenship and Immigration Control rolled out an application and processing system for Visas, Permits,Passes and Certificates of Residence effective 1st July 2016
The Government of Uganda has reduced Visa fees from USD 100 to USD 50 with effect from 22nd July 2016. The Minister of Internal Affairs has issued statutory Instrument N0.13 of 2016 to effect the change.
The move is aimed at promoting the Tourism sector as we implement the newly introduced e-visa where we require applicants to apply, have their visas approved with notifications sent to them and visas issued at their borders and embassies.
